Hired this firm to handle my father's probate. After the initial retainer fee of $5,700, the process was very slow for the next year, primarily due to probate that was also underway in another state. After a year of text messages and emails, she sent me a bill for another $4,800 dollars, and the real work of the process hadn't even begun yet. The bill worked out to $525 per hour, which was ridiculous & considerably higher than any attorney I have ever worked with, even in large metropolitan areas like Tulsa and KC. I sent her an email disputing the billing, especially the rate of $525 per hour, to which she responded by issuing a refund and withdrawing from the case. I ended up hiring a different firm in Oklahoma and completed the entire probate process in OK for less than the amount of the initial retainer that I paid to Muscari Law.
