My experience with Mr. Ellis was absolutely phenomenal. Describing the situation would take too long but our HOA threatened us with legal action for something ridiculous but we would have lost around $4000 plus whatever legal fees. Mr. Ellis examined everything and told me he thought he could help us. I’m so grateful for the time and the work he put in. The HOA left us alone (on that issue anyway!) and it was such a load off our minds to know we didn’t have to worry about it anymore. A couple years later I emailed Mr. Ellis about a different issue with the HOA just for advice and he was very kind in giving me options for dealing with that situation as well. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for legal services. He is responsive, polite, and very knowledgeable. 100% 5 stars.
