An ELDER CARE Attorney they said. You need an ELDER CARE Attorney. Even our 'family' lawyer of decades weighed in on the need. Law scares me, lawyers intimidate me, government agencies create anxiety, and a demented, 93 year old, deaf and also frightened mother in need of care I cannot provide was defeating me. But, I took referrals from within our community; persons I have known professionally and personally (business persons, clergy, caregiving agencies, neighbors and other users) for many years, did due diligence, and found a firm that was on the tip of 99% of the tongues of the folk I consulted.

It was, by far, more helpful, calming and direct an experience than I anticipated. Calling R.
