I believe it is important for potential clients to carefully review all terms before engaging with this company. In my experience, one reason for their high rating may be related to provisions in their contract that appear to restrict clients from leaving negative feedback or publicly sharing unfavorable experiences.

Approximately three years ago, my husband and I paid a $300 consultation fee. Initially, the process seemed promising—we were provided with a contract, connected with paralegals, and given instructions on submitting documentation, which gave the impression that work on our case had begun.

However, upon thoroughly reviewing the contract, I was surprised by several clauses. These included forbiddence on leaving negative reviews or speaking unfavorably about the company, language suggesting the company could discontinue services at its discretion without issuing a refund, and provisions that appeared to limit a client’s legal recourse. While I may not recall every detail verbatim, the overall terms raised significant concerns for us.

When my husband contacted the attorney to seek clarification, he did not receive a direct explanation regarding these provisions. Instead, he was informed that they no longer had the capacity to take on our case. This occurred just one day after the consultation, during which everything had initially seemed acceptable.

Despite declining to move forward, the $300 consultation fee was not refunded. This was disappointing, especially given the abrupt change following our request for clarification.

Since we ultimately did not sign the contract, I am able to share this experience. I strongly encourage others to read all contractual terms carefully and ask questions before proceeding, to ensure they are comfortable with the agreement and the company’s policies.
