If your reading this because you are feeling anxious from all the calls from
creditors - or maybe you have been on reddit trying to find out if you should consider bankruptcy - just call Muoi’s office because every person’s financial situation is different and she knows what she is doing. If you are drowning, there is a way out but find a lawyer because navigating the legal system is stressful and they are the experts.

The first call to her law office is when someone on her team will schedule your phone appointment with Muoi, and they will ask you some questions like how much you make, about any cars, your rent or mortgage and about how much debt you have.

The next call is when you will go over in a bit more detail about each thing with the lawyer and she will let you know her recommendations. Just make the call and find out! This is also when you will find out how much it will cost for her services. BE honest, don’t hide any income or debt from her - because you are only hurting yourself if you do.

If you decide to work with them, the next appointment is in person to submit any documents. The hardest part is just finding all the documents (like bank statements) for her team but most of these documents you can find online anyway - don’t worry they will give you a list of all the documents and bank statements they need to file your case!

My only regret is not finding Muoi sooner. Thank you Muoi and team for helping me through this stressful time.
