				Mr. Mulligan represented me for my DCF case. He’s very knowledgeable, understanding, and always willing to work for the best interest of his clients. I advised him I wanted to take my case to trial. He was well aware of the situation and did whatever he needed to do and within 20 minutes of my trail, my case was dismissed. 				Mr. Mulligan was the lawyer I retained in a civil matter that most other lawyers didn’t want to take on. It may have been minor or trivial to most others but it was a case pertaining my dog and my whole world, he saw this and understood. Mr. Mulligan represented me well throughout all of the proceedings and shined exceptionally during the final hearing. His profound knowledge about the case and how he represented me in court left no leg for the opposing side to stand on. For lack of a better term, he shut them down. Mr. Mulligan was my voice against a person who belittled and berated me for years. Not only did Mr. Mulligan represent me well, he understood the situation making sure this person couldn’t hurt me any longer this way.
