I retained this law office to assist me with my divorce and expected timely communication throughout the process. While I understand that my husband has been avoiding service and has made the case more difficult, I still expected updates or responses regarding the status of my case. Over the past two months, I have reached out multiple times by email and voicemail requesting an update, and I have not received any response. Even if there has been no significant progress, consistent communication is an important part of client service, and I have been left wondering where my case stands. Based on my experience, the lack of communication has been disappointing and has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. I hope the office improves its responsiveness to clients in the future. Especially, clients like myself who have paid every bill received for services. I'm so stressed out over this entire experience 😫
