				Seems like many people have had the same experience with John Jones of Century 21 in Greentown. He doesn’t return phone calls and did not respond to emails from my lender. When I finally talked to him he lied to me and stated my lender hasn’t sent him anything and he was waiting on them. I flat out called him out because I already knew my lender had emailed him 3 times and made several calls that were not returned. HE WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER CHANELS IN PA! Don’t use this title company because they are aware of his incompetence and still permit it to happen!

				My sister in law is dealing with this business for a title on house she is selling in Tobyhanna. He doesn't return phone calls , is slow to respond to questions on contract, doesn't fix the changes that are requested & is delaying the sale of her home.

				This guy John is worthless. He doesn't call people back. It's excuse after excuse. His Customer Service says, 'well, he's a lawyer." Basically meaning that he will call who he wants back when he wants; based on the context of the phone call. He had requested to review a draft for the purchase of a home. The updated draft was sent very shortly after, and now it's been weeks. It's always 'he's out of the office' or 'he'll call you tomorrow.' This company is trash.
