I’ve been working on my moms case with Motion law since 2021 and I’m extremely disappointed with how communication has been handled. Emails and text go unanswered for long periods of time, and when staff members leave, messages are not redirected or followed up on by anyone else. No communication is sent to inform you of the change either.

Which lead to my mom’s application being submitted a full year late. Mind you we were unaware of this and actually believed the application had been sent. It was no until I reached out to check in on the status that they then reached out to ask for a document that had already been sent. Which is completely unacceptable and has negatively impacted our case timeline.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness and organization reflects very poorly on the level of service being provided. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this office. The worst part is I’m still working on this case.
