I paid my Citibank settlement in full, and Moss Law Firm sent me a letter confirming they received my payment and that the claim was satisfied. The letter also stated they would file a non-suit to dismiss the lawsuit after the funds cleared. However, they never filed the dismissal, and my court case is still listed as pending. Now I have to appear in court even though I already paid the settlement. I also tried contacting the firm to resolve this before my court date. When I called, I was transferred to another department. The automated system said there were zero callers ahead of me, but no one ever answered, and I was unable to reach anyone for assistance. This has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected the law firm to follow through on its agreement and promptly notify the court after receiving my payment.

Horrible! I have sent 6 e-mails in the past 6 months and never received a response. I have called as well. The wait time is ridiculous so I always request a call back. When they do call back, I answer and they hang up right away. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this law firm. They don't deserve the one star I have to give.

They open a case and sue you , and do not show up or even call the courts to get a continuance . I was told this is normal practice for them. They just simply refile, wasting your time and the courts time. You call to speak with them and after holding for 55 minutes , you will speak with a rep. That is on an information gathering mission , not there to help at all. What a joke.
