We engaged the office of Yuriy Moshes for the purchase of a residential property in New Jersey.

The entire transaction was handled by a paralegal, and the only times we interacted with the attorney were during our initial meeting and once when we requested a call to discuss a complaint. The closing was also handled by the paralegal.

Our questions and concerns were primarily met with responses such as “you agreed to this,” along with requests to confirm receipt of each email. The paralegal did not timely provide the seller-agreed credits in writing, which caused significant confusion and frustration on our end.

However, the transaction did ultimately close, which is a positive.
