I called regarding counsel on forming a Delaware C-Corp and cap table/vesting for a DTC startup and exit planning. The receptionists were kind but the lady I was forwarded to hung-up on me randomly and when I called back the receptionist said "I'm not sure why but the women said you weren't a good fit."

No explanation just an immediate hang up. We have multiple company exits in the 9 figure range, a real proper client with legal council internationally and this is how I was treated, I wouldn't go into long term business with them.
