I got into a pretty bad car accident where the lady hit me. My car was totaled and I started having serious knee and back pains a couple weeks after. The ladies insurance wouldn’t return my calls or email me back so I got in touch with Betsey. Her and Melissa handled everything. The amount of stress through the whole process was awful and they made it all go away and handled every aspect of the case. Got me a much higher settlement then I thought was possible which covered all of my medical expenses and helped cover all the time I was not able to work. Betsey and Melissa really were amazing and so nice to talk with. I will be referring anybody I know that has any personal claims to them. Betsey and Melissa at Morgenstern & Hern are the most dedicated and amazing pair to work with! I’m honored and grateful for all their help with my car accident last November, I was beyond overwhelmed and at a loss on what to do. They not only took over all communication, but stayed on top of my medical once I was delayed getting appointments, pushed and found those to get me in sooner. Once everything was submitted even took the extra mile to help me get my medical bills handled and make sure this entire mess was a minimal pain for myself. Being a single mom, my time was already stretched and they did everything to make this as painless as possible all while protecting my rights!
