This firm particularly Gayle represented the trustee of our family trust. Gayle lied to me and two of my siblings for years. As a result it cost us approximately $500,000. She told us several times our shares would not be effected by the actions that their client took. Her lies cost me more than $90,000. I will be filling a complaint with the ABA & the SBC. I absolutely would not be adding a star if was not required.

You were very knowledgeable. They were quick to get back to me very organized. They also showed me a lot of empathy sympathy. They just were very warm and talking to me which made me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel as I was talking to a robot. I value this a lot. This might have been my terminating factor to go with them, if they chose to take my case, they made me feel comfortable. Trust me I needed that.

My interactions with Bob Morgan happened after our landlord and dear friend passed away in 2019. He is currently our landlord now and has sent us a new 78 page lease with terms that would make any renter concerned. He was pushing us to review and sign it in 5 days when legally we have 30. The bottom line is he is not a fair man in my opinion. Fellow renters out there please comment if you have ever heard of an "enforcable" late fee of $150 after the first and $25 each consecutive day? This was the first in all my renting history to see such a price gouging late fee. Currently he is pushing to sell the property ASAP. Yes that's right, selling the house during the current pandemic. We are family friend of the owner and even took in her dog she left behind. As our family was trying to adjust and absorb the new way of life with this virus. But now we have to move after we have been living her over a year. So he had the appraisal and rushed to have someone come take pictures. We were accommodating to their needs. Then his paralegal Gayl tried to push an inspection on Father's Day weekend twice and finally after having to point out we have been accommodating to their needs that they need to compromise then Bob agreed to our request for the following weekend. Bob Morgan has been handling my estate and will for 15 years now and I would not go to anyone else. He is really helpful, knowledgeable and an excellent listener.
