David did something with me as a client that I’m not even sure is legal. Do not hire him. He will not care about your case or even have ONE meeting with you. It’s absolutely insane and I should get my money back. He charged me $3,000 dollars and I never saw the discovery, what I was being charged with, or a single document about my case. This can’t be legal and you hurt people so much financially. He didn’t fight for me or inform me about anything. In fact I don’t think he even knew my charges the day we showed up for court. You need to hear how you mess with peoples lives David. I asked him for a discovery for a few months and he provided NOTHING. I was so scared of the system and uninformed so I took the charge without even understanding why. You’re a terrible attorney. He doesn’t even listen to you. I’m working with a firm in Weld County now that made me realize David is a complete scammer. They have helped me fight a case for almost a year and have had 10 different meetings with me and they actually are treating me like a client! What David is doing is criminal, and it might actually be illegal. The burden is on the STATE to prove you did the crime… don’t let attorneys push you into a plea deal without even seeing your discovery. I’m so angry with you David.
