My wife and I recently hired Attny's James Moore and Richard Kerbawy to develop a "end of life" plan, which hopefully won't be necessary in the near future.

They did a great job walking us through this process, and getting to know our current situation as well as goals later in life so a complete "end of life" plan could be developed. We both have piece of mind knowing that our sons will be able to execute our wishes once we both pass.

Some specifics: Jimmy and Richard both spent over 5 hours with us on two separate occasions to develop our Revocable Living Trust. They didn't simply hand us a questionnaire to fill out, so blanks could be filled in on a template. We have a customized trust that deals with our unique circumstances, like relative living in South America, family members coast to coast, multiple real estate investments, pensions, 401K plans, insurance policies, etc.

We have already passed on their contact information to close friends, and will continue to recommend them without hesitation.
