Do not hire James Robert Moore. He seemed nice & sounded like he would help resolve a rightful ownership of property issue. He charged me a high price for doing little to nothing. Sent someone to take pictures of the property which turned out to be worthless. The pictures were of small isolated small areas that showed me nothing of the property itself.
