Dutch and his team were a tremendous help when I needed my tenants to vacate my rental property. The entire process was smooth, and the costs were reasonable. Although my tenants were good, I needed them to leave as I was taking the property off the rental market. Wanting a legal and respectful process, I chose to engage a lawyer instead of navigating it myself.
