Hardy was to prepare 2 power of attorneys one over medical to my brother and one over business to me. Mother has terrible eye sight and couldn't read document so Father who was on pain meds in the hospital took the lawyer at her word when she brought Draft copy. Hardy put brother in charge of everything even though he is not able. She refused to fix the mistake in a timely fashion and wanted to charge us to draft a new one. If you hire her do so with caution. My father who is now deceased trusted her word. The entire family can verify that this was a mistake prepared by her.
