I was so unsure of my outcome considering the accident was on the Kansas side which is a no fault state and it was clearly the other party’s fault. However, Mr. Mohlman and his team (especially Amber) worked earnestly to resolve my situation and they did an amazing job considering what they had to work with. Waste of time. This guy made an appointment, missed it, had his assistant call and reschedule it for I don’t know a half hour or hour later. He missed it again. Didn’t call to apologize. So I rescheduled with them and then had to wait for the call to not be on time for him to tell me he can’t represent me basically because a surgeon did a hernia surgery that he literally didn’t fix and three months later I went to another hospital and I’m having surgery in a week, but Mr. Mohlman sends a letter to my house saying he’s sorry he can’t take my case. Definitely did not give him permission to retain my information either. Disrespectful waste of my time. Even said I should potentially contact another lawyer. Why would that be?
