Excellent Service!

I hired this firm to restate my will and two trusts. Many weeks later, they emailed me a number of documents claiming that they were ready for my signature. Upon reviewing them, I found two obvious typographical errors (including literally one that was an actual error message). In addition, the documents that they prepared contained numerous provisions that I feel are ambiguous because they are susceptible to more than one interpretation. Because these are documents that are intended to guide my descendants on what to do after I pass away, even one ambiguous provision is too many. And if I cannot understand them, I don't give my heirs much chance of being able to do so, either. I've hired two other estate planning attorneys over my lifetime. In each case, I received documents that I was able to read and understand fairly easily. I definitely regret my decision and would not hire this law firm again.
