				We had to re-write our family trust, which was poorly done by another lawyer.



It was a complicated document and we had to make a lot of changes.



We were selling an old property and buying a new one at the same time.



Kamilla was a good communicator, both over the phone and e-mail, and she really took the time to listen and understand our situation, offer professional advice and help us find the best solution.

				On my first appointment with Ms.Mishiyeva, I was so stressed out about my financial situation I was unsure what to do. She made me realized I had options which we discussed and she put me at ease. I had 3 appointments with her. She was always on time  and ready to listen to my issues and concerns.

She made me at ease when we went to court and it was one of the smoothest experiences I have had even in court.  I would highly recommend her and her firm for any legal advise. 				I was looking for a probate lawyer in New York City to settle an estate for me . I came across her while she was on vacation , and left a message with the secretary . She returned my call while still being on vacation , she listened and she seem to Really Care her rates are the best that i found. I am very satisfied with the way she handle my case I couldn't have asked for a better attorney.  I highly recommend her law office ,  she does a wonderful job .
