				I cannot erge enough people to stay away from this office!

I was applying for a K-1 visa for my fiancé, who was overseas at the time, and needed a lawyer to fill out the forms and make sure the staples were in the right place on the forms. This is the lawyer I should have stayed away from, but he was right here in GR and I did not need to travel to Chicago.

Only after paying a large amount of money (so embarrassing) did I find out he had not filed one piece of paper after asking our local Congresspersons staff to see how my application was going.

Stay far away. If I could give no stars I would.

				Okay, this is your man for all things immigration. A lawyer who knows his stuff, explains in layman's terms so you can understand every step of the process. He is kind, caring, offers relief for the tedious process that immigration is. He is patient and so knowledgable that my consultation with him proved to provide concise and clear answers about the next steps.



I swear too, this guy sees five steps ahead and can foresee any obstacles and provide solutions to overcome them. It is obvious that he is passionate about his work and his clients. A true gem in immigration law.

				A very good experience.  (Renewal of Green Card and process for U.S. Citizenship) From our initial meeting, Mr. Mirque explained what we needed and laid out the step by step path that we were going to be following.  Answered our questions and explained what we needed to do at various points along the way.  He filed all the necessary papers.  Things went very smoothly (and somewhat rapidly) from start to finish.  Very happy, would definitely recommend to others.

				Robert is a great and honest man. He has helped me thru a spouse Visa by explaining all the Visa options and procedures. I have dealt with Immigration layers before and they seemed more about money than really helping me. My Spouse Visa is now in the hands of DHS thanks to Robert. I highly RECOMMEND Robert.

				Do not use Rob if you are looking for help with immigration!! Rob supposedly applied for my husband’s US citizenship 4 years ago and we are still waiting. Have gotten no response except for when we requested a copy of his file he gave us a huge bill for back charges and another huge bill for copy charges before he would give us the file. The file didn’t include a receipt number which you need to check on your application. He won’t return calls, emails, texts, notes, and is never in his “office”. This has now set our family back 4 years & caused a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF STRESS FOR EVERYONE including jeopardizing my husbands job on multiple occasions. He won’t even respond to our new immigration lawyer who has sent letters, called etc. Why would you do this to our family?????? There is no sign of any application in the USCIS system. Also when my husband tried to renew his green card which was sent to our old address and thrown out by the new owner, Rob told him to reapply not use the I-90 form for lost or stolen cards so they denied that and he has to reapply for that as well. Mistakes, horrible communication, and treated my family like he couldn’t be bothered. I don’t understand how he doesn’t have more bad reviews, but I have seen the others online as well, and their story is very similar to ours. We have had enough, we will have to resort to solving this legally.
