I feel compelled to warn others about this law firm after my terrible experience following a car accident. My advice? NEVER HIRE TV LAWYERS!

These attorneys are primarily focused on settling cases, and I had to fight with my own attorneys just to get a marginally better settlement. Communication was attrocious; it often took days for anyone to respond. When they did, it was clear they weren't paying attention—duplicated emails were common, showing a complete lack of professionalism.

The worst part? When we finally received our settlement, they couldn't even bother to meet my mom in person to thank her for choosing them. Instead, one of the attorneys coldly handed us our check after years of silence. On top of that, they hit us with unexpected charges for things like certified letters. It’s shameful.

This firm is more concerned with their image and commercials than actually helping clients. If you're looking for competent legal representation, do yourself a favor and find a private personal injury attorney who will truly fight for you. My experience here was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.
