EDIT: The people who got the DPOA's failed to inform me that Creath actually had terminated representation just a few days after, and instead still forced their DPOA's at my mother's banks, which is why I thought Creath was standing behind them. I found out today that was not the case. I no longer blame Creath Pollak and I am happy and satisfied. Thank you. **Creath L Pollak knew or should have know my mother has Alzheimer's disease. Creath decided in her own best judgement to allow two separate DPOAs to be signed, including to one person who relies solely on my mother for income to support herself and her daughter, as she has for six years. Despite this obvious conflict of interest, Creath facilitated DPOA to a person who has received already $200,000 from my mother over the last 6 years & who is also trying to pocket $300,000 from the sale of my mother's home. The DPOA is being used to with hold funds from paying the bills & is also being used for personal expenses. Creath's negligent Rule violations facilitated theft & chaos. My mother has no recollection of being at Minter & Pollak. She has no clue what she signed or why. And now these people think they have the authority to also place my mother in a nursing home. I've been her live in caregiver for two years. If Creath L Pollak decides to stand by this fraudulent DPOA paperwork I will be getting her disbarred. Do not recommend for elderly and otherwise vulnerable people. *Edit to add-she does remember at times she went to a lawyer's office-but doesn't know why.

Minter & Pollack, especially Attorney Creath Pollack and her staff, handled my husbands probate with follow-on estate planning for me so my loved ones don't have to go through probate. Their level of expertise, kindness, and compassion shown me during a time when I could barely function was extraordinary. They truly show they care about their clients . I would highly recommend them to anyone facing these same issues.
