Let me start by saying this—I usually don’t have anything good to say about attorneys or law firms in general. So, for me to write this is definitely out of the ordinary.
I was being pursued by a different law firm over an unpaid debt. For over a year, I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter reasonably, but every time I reached out, it would take months to hear back. And when they finally did respond, they'd just pile on more late fees and penalties—I'm talking *thousands* of dollars added without any real communication.
Eventually, the case was transferred to Miller Harrison Law Firm for collection. I received a letter from them stating they had taken over and asked how we might work toward a resolution. I responded, and within *two days*, I got a reply from Calib.
