WARNING! AVOID ALLEN MILLER AT ALL COSTS!!! For a lawyer, his ethics are terrible. He would not take phone calls, was a complete coward in court and breaks his own contracts then ghosts you. He also values himself 3x times the attorney that beat him lol do yourself and search elsewhere or be prepared to get a 2nd attorney to sue this one for avoiding a current paying client and filing false paperwork to the court without your knowledge. The rest of the law firm was complicit as the other partner would not return calls either and the one secretary actively runs interference making it impossible to utilize your "unlimited legal assistance for a one-time, all inclusive retainer." Buyers Beware!!!
