very easy to work with

I was quite pleased with the representation I received from Millar Law. Ashley was wonderful to work with during the intake of my case, and Andrea was great at getting my case brought to a satisfactory conclusion. If I should ever need representation again, I would not hesitate to retain Millar Law!

Chris was awesome and took care of me. It was a smooth, quick and painless process. I’d recommend this team to veterans that have tickets or any other lawsuit against them.

First point of contact who was the head guy in charge was difficult to get a hold of. He would tell me he would call me back on a fixed date and he wouldn’t follow through so I would have to call back to get back in touch. Keep in mind I had already given my $3500 deposit so I figured I would receive better communication once I committed to this law firm. Second point of contact who was the actual lawyer designated for my case was also difficult to get in touch with he would always be busy working multiple cases and wouldn’t call me back so I would have to periodically call back and hope he was available. Then that guy left the law firm so I was designated a 3rd and final point of contact and it was a female. I forgot her name but she was much better with communication. She was also very busy working several cases simultaneously but was very good about communication for the next steps with me especially towards the end of the case. I ended up receiving the best possible scenario getting the case dismissed. So for that reason I’ll go 4-Stars since ultimately that’s what the bottom line is. Only feedback I would give is don’t tell people you’re gonna call them back at a certain date/time and then not actually follow through.
