In 2018, attorney Miles Harris represented my former partner in a domestic violence matter. During that time, Mr. Harris manipulated me into consenting to my ex-partner's return to the home and assisting in reducing a felony charge to a misdemeanor.
​In 2026, Mr. Harris accepted representation of the same individual against me in a family law matter, creating a severe conflict of interest. He has since assisted in filing a restraining order against me based on false allegations, specifically claiming that I attempted to strike my ex-partner with a vehicle while I was simply visiting a Dutch Bros location.
​Mr. Harris has refused to respond to inquiries following a phone call to his office. Consequently, I am moving forward with a formal complaint to the State Bar Association and initiating legal action against him.
