It’s been a year since my accident and I currently have NO settlement. The communication with my attorney is very poor. He says he’ll call you but doesn’t… when asked why didn’t you call me when you said you were going to call ☎️ He said “it’s because I had nothing to say”. I was hit by someone who apparently had an imaginary person hit them and there was NO TOUGHNESS in disapproving this even though this was not even mentioned on the police report. My advice is that big firms don’t always give you big results. Choose wisely
