Excellent Attorney

We contacted Mike Fink Law Firm when all other attorneys were telling us we had no case. My stepdaughter's mother moved out of Lee County and decided we would go from every other week (50/50 physical and legal custody) to seeing the children every other weekend, simply because she had school zone designation. Andrew took our first phone call and listened intently as we explained how devastating and wrong this situation was. He agreed to take the case and immediately set up a consultation with himself and Mike. We have been using their legal advice for years now, as the ex keeps us constantly in court for one thing or another. Alexa, Andrew, and Mike have become like family--I think they know us as well as they know their own families! Through every up and down, what felt like losses to exciting wins, they shared our frustration, joy, and uncertainty. I know they fought hard and did a lot of research to make sure we did not lose time with our daughters. Once the case went to appeals, they humbly referred us to someone else as they felt a fellow appellate attorney could offer more expertise in this particular scenario. They truly care about their clients and do what is best for them (and the children involved)! We will never go to anyone else!
P.S. We won at the appellate level and now get to see our daughters more than we did before this whole thing started 4 years ago! Had we given up (like all the other attorneys said we should), we would have lost so much valuable time with our girls...
