Finding a good attorney was critical as I sought to move out of my first home of 18 years. After asking for recommendations, reading reviews, and talking to three different attorneys, I selected Michael and was grateful that I did.

He explained everything in clear and everyday terms from the start. His fees were fair and he explained the terms and financials upfront. This is a process where it can be a waiting game as you're holding for the other party, then become a sprint, then a waiting game, then a sprint again, and Michael was incredibly responsive. He was a terrific advocate, helped us understand what was fair and normal, where we had leverage, and represented me as a seller very well.

I was never handed off to a junior team member, and got the benefit of Michael's experience and expertise throughout the process. At the closing, he held the line on everything that we'd agreed beforehand even as the seller's attorney and bank didn't follow through on some of what they needed to do; he waited a few extra hours to give them time to address the issues to ensure the closing was executed as promised. He instilled a lot of confidence into a process that I hadn't gone through in almost 20 years, and never as a seller, mitigating any of the uncertainty and tension that can accompany the sale of a home.

I recommend him incredibly highly to anyone looking for representation in buying or selling a home, and will definitely turn to him when I go through this process again.
