Previously I had given a negative review because there was a mishap with a medical bill that was going to go to collections if I did not pay for it. After communicating with Michael, he was able to resolve the issue and turns out it wasn’t negligence on his part, but rather S.T.A.R physical therapy who did not send him the proper bill for the services I received. He was able to handle it and get it taken care of so I would not have to pay the bill and it wouldn’t go to collections and affect my credit. I would definitely recommend anyone who has been in a car accident to contact Michael! They are really good at communicating the information and it was always easy to get a hold of them.

I was involved in an on the job accident. I was hit from behind. The impact caused lumbar strain in my lower back, neck area, and lumbar spine. It was extremely painful and had to time take from work because I was not able to perform my duties.

I had to start physical therapy to help strengthen my damaged muscles and tissues. I loss wages and had to pay out of pocket for treatment.

Although it took longer than I expected, due to billing errors which were out of our control, it worked out in the end because I received more than we originally anticipated.

I cannot recommend Mr.Michael Pence highly enough. Mr. Pence and his team demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, and dedication to my case.
