Amazing legal team Michael Magana, Nathan Opara, Tony private investigator , Nate Magana, Mark Carwise. Michael Magana and Nathan Opara made a firm case for my son innocence. This legal team had the judge Debbie Garrett 27th district court , and Erica Morgan state district attorney led prosecutor on my son murder trial. The judge Debbie Garrett showed Erica Morgan led prosecutor extreme bias, she ( Erica Morgan) did not present any compelling evidence against my son. It took two years in jail for my son to have his day in court, when my son legal team presented evidence the judge denied all credible evidence due to the prosecutor Erica Morgan objections. The jury seen through the biases of the judge for the prosecutors and they gave my son manslaughter. When returning for the sentencing of manslaughter the led prosecutor Erica Morgan did not show up in court. This was a great sign for my son defense attorneys, she has been trying to give my son life in prison only for my son to walk away with 10 years probation thanks to this amazing legal team I couldn’t ask for a better one, but even though he was given probation the judge ( Debbie Garrett) still returned him to jail stating that a bond still need to be posted for bail. My legal team informed me that when a person receives probation they normally goes home the same day but in my son case with this bias judge he did not receive that justice, after court the judge went straight into the state district attorney office showing her bias once again. But at the end of it all I highly recommend this legal team and cannot thank them enough for what they have done for my son, he gets a second chance in life because of them.

I can’t explain how great full I am to have Mr. Magana and Nate ! My case was big and very complicated but they was able to help me after everyone told me they could not get me out of jail and was told jail time !! But Mr.Magana got me out of jail being out of County and still went with me to court out there 4 hrs away !!! He dropped what he had to do in his county to go out there with me ! Came out with the great deal ! No jail and my case dismissed!!! I have a fine yes but who can complain!! I am very satisfied for everything he’s done for me ! Explained everything going thru the process and I would recommend them to everyone!! Also he has a great attorney by his side Nathan who does his family law ! He helped me get my son back ! And after years with 4 other attorneys to help me fight to get my son back ! After losing hope I was able to get my son back with the help of Mr.Magana and Nathan ! They helped me with both cases ! The past year and a half has been turned upside down for my son and I. My son was accused of something he didn't do. Went to jail, Lost his job, Very depressed causing health problems, Very little sleep for us both.

I know ive left a review before, but im feeling particularly emotional today, I am safe, my address has been kept secret because of Nathan and Amy fighting to keep it that way. I am a victim and my case is different...it is difficult and Nathan and Amy have been safe and listened. We worked together and were patient they listened and I am so thankful.
