I was looking at a nasty speeding ticket at 106mph in a 55mph zone. 5 points including a PennDot hearing for a potential suspension. Attorney Krout got me reduced to 25mph over and 4 points. His Paralegal Pamela and himself were very communicative and worked to get me the best deal possible when I was in big trouble. Just glad it's behind me and I can move on.

He and Pamela also previously handled my will and estate planning that I had been procrastinating to get done.

I called today to discuss a legal matter involving our business and the conversation started out very friendly and unfortunately there seemed to be miscommunication, for some reason he didn't think I understood what he was saying and just kept repeating the same thing without answering my questions and as the conversation continued, he became very rude, cutting me off mid sentence and saying STOPPP and ANGELICAAA.

Multiples times I almost hung up on him because he was so rude, but I stuck it out hoping we could eventually make some progress in understanding each other. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The conversation ended with him offering for me to hire him to go into more detail, but I most certainly do not want to pay for more rudeness. I just let him continue to talk and didn't say another word because there really wasn't anything else to say.

I do appreciate the time he spent talking with me, most lawyers probably wouldn't have given that much time without a fee, however, the conversation didn't need to be long, my questions still remain unanswered and I will be looking elsewhere.
