I was pleasantly surprised when he answered my call directly. I’m accustomed to talking to a secretary who connects my call, or schedules a call callback with the attorney.

In the first 30 seconds of me calmly and clearly explaining my situation, he rudely interrupted “ I don’t have time for this, bye.”
then hung up on me!

Our conversation lasted less than a minute.
I found him unprofessional, and disrespectful.
I’m honestly glad we didn’t get any further, because I would never want someone so rude to represent me while I am navigating an already stressful situation.

Look elsewhere if you want an attorney, capable of quality, communication and compassion.

I tried calling to set an appointment. Receptionist was rude and not willing to discuss any questions I had about the attorney or setting an appointment without paying $75 for a consultation fee. I wanted to talk for 2 minutes and ask 1 question for 75 bucks. What. A. Joke.
