Earlier this month, I tried to get an appointment for a consultation with Mr. Schmitt. Left a message & gave my information to his paralegal/secretary to have him call me back to set up an appointment. I waited 3 days before calling again, getting an answering system an additional 4 times with the same result - NO ANSWER, NO RETURN CALL.
A courtesy call (even from his office) to say he was not available would have been sufficiently professional. However, it appears that he does not have the time to take on any new clientele.
I would urge anyone to seek out a different attorney.
