I’ve read nothing but good reviews about how other people have had great experiences but I’ve had nothing close to that. Communication is awful. Jade and Vincent have gone completely silent since they received their money. Multiple phone calls, emails, even text messages sent over the course of 3 months only to never get any kind of response or even a call back. I even emailed Michael himself to see if maybe I could get an answer. Wouldn’t ya know, no answer. My expungement process began at the end of May and there’s been nothing but silence ever since. Crazy to trust somebody with such a great rating only to be disappointed in the long run.

This has been the SLOWEST and not a good experience by a long shot. My expungement petition was never filed until an additional 30 days had passed after my eligibility date. It has been almost one month SINCE the judge issued it, and guess what, they have yet to send everything out to the correct agencies. For paying $1500, I expected more and better service. If you're fine with them dragging their feet, by all means, use them. If you want someone to do it fast, find someone different.
