Very bad experience in dealing with both Laura and Ciro pertaining to my mother’s estate and trust. Extremely unprofessional and doesn’t seem to be completely honest or forthcoming with all the information that’s required to know plus did absolutely nothing to assist in handling everything they’re contracted to do. Laura advised me the will was filed at the Register of Wills in it’s entirety, which I have in writing from Laura, however upon review, the only document filed was the death certificate on 5/9/2024. They made it seem as though my children were the only two that were responsible for paying off all my mothers debts because they were left her two homes and she advised them that if they didn’t sell the two homes to pay off my moms debt that they could be foreclosed on. She was very wrong in making them feel as though they had to be the only ones responsible for paying her debt off when it’s to be split 4 equal ways, as that is the way it’s written. Laura also advised me by telephone that I was Trustee of a Trust my mother had, on the Thursday before the meeting Laura had called for Monday, at which time, my brother then stepped down as executor and trustee, so she was already aware that my brother was stepping down. Needless to say, I went with new attorneys whom I was much more comfortable with and knew the job would be done correctly!
