I recently had the pleasure of contacting the Meyer Pink Law firm in Sonora, CA. My initial contact was with Chelsea the Receptionist and she was extremely friendly, welcoming, and made it easy to book my initial free consultation with Norrah Phillips, New Client Specialist. Chelsea took down some initial information and was able to get me scheduled the very next day after the day in which I called, and I was very happy about that because the legal matter in which I was inquiring about was somewhat of a time sensitive matter. Chelsea sent me a link shortly after our phone conversation that was an online intake consultation information form for me to complete before the consultation.

The next day, I had the pleasure of speaking with Norrah Phillips, New Client Specialist, and she called exactly at the time we were scheduled to meet, right as the minute turned over on the clock(!). Norrah was also extremely friendly, welcoming, understanding, and easy to talk to. She thanked me for filling out the online consultation information form and we then discussed the legal matter some more, so that she was clear on what me and my family were trying to accomplish. She asked thoughtful and insightful questions and listened to my answers and situation with patience and empathy, never a rushed feeling at all. Thankfully, she stated Meyer Pink Law would be able to take on handling the legal matter in reference and I was extremely relieved, as was my family when I relayed the information. The next steps are to sign the engagement letter (which Norrah will be sending over), agree to the services to be provided, come into the Meyer Pink Law office and have a Meyer Pink Law attorney handle our legal matter.

If the next steps in handling our family legal matter is anything like the initial steps I have already gone through, I have no doubt that me and my family will not be disappointed with the outcome. We look forward to continue to work with Meyer Pink Law to see this legal matter handled accordingly.
