My experience with attorney Meyerovich and her office was nothing short of disappointing. I didn't expect such chaos, unpunctuality, and lack of organization from a law firm. No one is truly responsible for the client. One day one assistant says one thing, the next another calls and says something completely different. You can wait all day for something they've told you to do, only to discover that another employee doesn't even know what you were talking about. Different employees can call 10 times, asking the same questions and asking for money again. They don't even bother to check their own database, where the documents and information have long been uploaded. The constant money, money, and more money is especially annoying. I get the impression that the assistants' main job isn't to handle the client's case, but to constantly pursue the next payment. They say "document preparation." What kind of preparation exactly? What exactly was prepared with your office? The client collects the documents themselves, fills them out themselves, and then gets charged another fee for some incomprehensible "preparation." I'd like to make a special mention of their so-called five-minute meetings. In my experience, after these, the staff starts calling old clients especially hard, demanding further payments. It seems the lawyer is hustling their assistants not to sort out their clients' cases and get them in order, but to comb through their old client base and try to squeeze out as many additional payments as possible. It's impossible to get through to the lawyer herself. You pay for the lawyer's services, you're her client, but talking to her directly is a real challenge. In my experience, the staff can contact the lawyer through work contacts, but the client is given a number they can't reach. And the most astonishing thing is, when I was already a client and wanted to meet with my own lawyer to discuss my own case, they asked me for about $100 more. So, first you pay for legal services, then you constantly hear requests for additional payments, and if you finally want to talk to the lawyer herself, you HAVE TO PAY again!!!!!! I got the impression it was a veritable conveyor belt: clients are shuffled from one assistant to the next, no one fully understands their situation, the staff repeats the same questions, and yet when it comes to the next payment, calls come in regularly. I am extremely dissatisfied with this attitude. I expected professionalism, responsibility, and proper legal assistance from a law firm. Instead, I received chaos, constant staff turnover, no real communication with the lawyer himself, and endless conversations about yet another PAYMENT!!!!! After this experience, I personally would never trust this firm with my case again and would not pay them a single extra dollar. When it comes to a person's fate and their immigration case, a client needs a lawyer who truly deals with their problem, not an office where you are remembered first when it comes time to ask for more MONEY!!! For me, this turned out not to be legal support, but an endless source of stress, confusion, and new bills. Attorney MEYEROVICH, work honestly and with a clear conscience. Behind every case are real people, their families, their fears, their hopes, and often their last money. A client comes to a lawyer for protection and assistance, not to feel like they're the source of yet another payment. Money can be earned again, but lost trust and reputation are much harder to regain. No amount of money can be taken away, but our attitude toward people and our actions remain. Sometimes it's worth thinking less about how much more you can get from a client and more about what they've already paid you for and the responsibility you've taken on. A good lawyer is remembered not by the number of invoices they issue, but by the number of people they've truly helped. Work so that in the evening you can calmly look at yourself in the MIRROR and know: "TODAY YOU HONESTLY EARNED YOUR MONEY!!!!"
