Please make sure your staff that is calling to set up consultations, discloses that they are not an attorney right away, and they do not give out legal advice. He stated that he didn’t think you guys could help me when I knew full well you could because I had talked to other probate lawyers. When I would say something that I had knowledge about, he would lie and say “I was just going to say that”. Then he wanted to explain your process “after telling me that you guys couldn’t help me.” I asked him why even bother if you just said you guys couldn’t help me. It was a very strange encounter.
