I also want to give a special shout-out to Nicki. Even though the firm ultimately was not able to take my case, she still spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with me listening to my situation, answering my questions, and giving me helpful guidance on what I could do next. She never made me feel rushed or dismissed, and I really appreciated that she took the time to point me in the right direction even though I was not going to become a client.
