Was very rude, left me crying the last time I talked to him. Almost never answered the phone, when he did he said he would look into things for my case and wouldn't get back to me. Wouldn't respond to emails and did nothing to help me with my case. After I called him the last time he blamed me for nothing getting done after I told him multiple times through email and voicemail that I didn't receive the paperwork that I was supposed to sign. He closed my case and got nothing accomplished.
