This is long overdue and highly deserved. I’m not fond of giving out reviews unless they’re truly special and this team hands down is the best. For starters, this experience was my first as far as having to seek an injury firm team, so I was very nervous and hesitant on how to go about things, but Ailin swooped up like Superwoman and took care of everything. They were referred to me by a friend of mine and so I took the chance with them. Seriously, I was stuck in a rough place, mentally and physically struggling to walk and perform my usual daily activities after my accident. The last thing I needed was stress from having to go back and forth with insurances and random strangers calling my phone at all times of the day while I was either in therapy or trying to recover. Ailin made sure that I strictly focused on getting my health in check, and she took care of everything. I cannot thank her and Heber enough for the work and help that they provided me with. Together, Ailin and Heber were able to get me more than I had anticipated for my accident and injuries which I can honestly say that it was a life changing amount for me personally. Although I don’t wish anyone to have to suffer as a result of an accident, if you do and you need a team of well trusted individuals who treat you like family, this is the team for you. I cannot thank them enough for their support, they honestly became friends of mine for life from how they treated me. Even when the opposing insurance didn’t want to accept fault, Ailin went above and beyond to get more evidence to defend my case which was more than I could have provided, she was fierce like a hawk and she got the job done without me having to lift a finger aside from just doing my part in gaining my mobility via therapy.
