She failed me during my divorce. She left out an extremely important task and did not bring it to my attention that has come out to damage my life later on. She was lazy, and just brushed it under the rug. 7 years later she lied to me when I asked her why she did that, making all kinds of excuses. DO NOT TRUST HER TO PROTECT YOU

I went to Ms. Cooper's office to have my will, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and advance medical directive prepared. During my consultation, Ms. Cooper took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. As my documents were being drafted, I had several additional questions that I sent by email. Instead of a long back-and-forth exchange, the paralegal called me to walk through everything, which I really appreciated. It made the process much easier and ensured all of my questions were answered clearly. When I returned to sign my documents, everyone in the office was professional, courteous, and well organized. They also provided me with several copies of my completed documents, saving me the hassle of making copies myself. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and gave me real peace of mind. Thank you!

I do not recommend Mrs cooper. Initially she told me it would be $4k to retain her as my lawyer unless we had to go to court then it would be by the hour.Me and the mother of my child were able to work out an agreement together, separately from lawyers.. (Mrs cooper had to do minimal work, she copy and pasted a previous work order from a previous client.) the mother of my child’s attorney did most of the work and sent it over and I signed it. I could have completed this without having hired Mrs cooper. I was not only charged the entire amount I was charged extra as she fought me and “respectfully disagreed that it was by the hour the whole time”.. she is very cut and dry. Doesn’t seem like she cares about you being her client at all. Even after paying all this money up front.

I was very displeased with my service. I was never returned calls back, left over 8 voicemails at one point. My decree had so many misspellings that prolonged my whole process of being able to get my divorce final. The only times i got a call was when i had a bill due from the office. The lack of being heard during a time that is very stressful was very disappointing
