A few months ago, I contacted Mellman & Mellman for assistance with issues relating to the sale of our rental property in East San Diego County. The process included removing the current tenants from the units. I had an initial phone conversation with Juanita to see if her offices could help us with this matter. Juanita was very helpful with my concerns and provided guidance for our actions moving forward. With all of the guidance and services provided, I still can’t believe that I was considering not seeking legal help !!
