They seem to have a well oiled operation, with a strong front line of sales rep. They were very nice, polite and communicated well.

You won’t be speaking to the lawyer, but honestly, that is ok if the trade off is stellar communication.

However, it quickly becomes a nightmare when communication breaks down, there are multiple needless chains of command, and the plague of bureaucracy takes over.

We didn’t close, but they often say the best part of the service comes before they make the sale.

I believe I called 8 times within 5 days to get a basic response. Everyone tripping on the other about who’s going to follow up. Kaly never reach back, and although people were nice, it didn’t feel efficient.

From it seems, their own lawyers were ignoring their reps.

It would be frustrating is this level of fumbling was happening around more complex and detail perimeter matters.

Didn’t feel like I got a professional level of communication at all .
