Was good about 10 years ago. He did helped so that's why I'll leave a 2 star rating. But after he went abset from dealing with clients and had his paralegal take care of stuff, phone calls were never responded. Emails responded after sending 2 more emails.
The firm just got lazy. Felt like it was no longer about helping the clients and more about the money.
Had called well before closing to ask for a copy of my documents (I've never had asked for a copy the years I've been w them) and she said she couldn't send it that day bc she was waiting for a client... I work in the medical field and if a patients asks me for some documents to email them or fax. I cam just pull that up and scan them off. Even if it was close to closing, bc I care for them. They couldn't even do have the paperwork get scanned and attached to email and send it off 😒
Lastly, they no longer pick up the phone. I've left so many messages and spoke to someone that will deliver the message and never get a call back. Not even the decency to say "we won't be working with you anymore" or " we no longer process them"
