				McNamara Law Firm is outstanding.  We used them to create our personal trust and they were extremely patient and helpful.  They answered all of our questions and I would highly recommend them to anyone.  I personally had to go through the probate process for a parents estate many years ago and it was not a pleasant process dealing with the probate court. 				Very disappointed. Went through the process of completing and submitting all of the forms only to be told they were limiting their intakes. In all fairness, we had initiated the process a year ago but due to various circumstances, couldn’t get it done immediately. I contacted her assistant Gina and she gave me directions on how to follow up. After doing all the work and submitting a lot of very private,  personal information, I’m contacted by her to be told they won’t take the case. Also, it concerns me that the forms are dated (poor constructed tillable PDF forms) and while they expect you to scan/submit via email, their system does not seem to allow privacy protection. You data is vulnerable and not protected.
